This is the best phone, it has a build in FM radio and camera, both of top quality. It is easy to use and has one of the best quality phones I have ever had in cell phones, I hope they make a newer version and add Anroid to it too. Very reliable and durable....

The phone is a good phone. The sound quality is clear, the camera has real good resolution. The only problem i have had with mine is that the keys have a tendency to crack with a lot of texting. The battery life is good with the phone....

I've had the Sony Ericsson W580i for over a year now. What I like about this phone is how easy it is to use for me! I like the style of the phone easy to hold easy to here out of unless you are my husband who is partially deaf, he also finds the phone hard to hold. I love the walkman putting songs on it and walking with my music is great it also keeps track of your running or walking (steps) that is a pulse LOVE THIS Feature.

What I don't like is the keys break easy thats not a pulse if you are texting all the time. get the insurance plan with your phone for that reason so they can replace the keys when breakage happens.

Its very easy to go from file to file on the phone. It's bright you can use it as a flash light when you forget to leave the porch light on.

Over all I reccomend this phone maybe since the time when I've purchase my phone they have made some inprovements? I hope!

I own this phone. It is the second phone I have had since I purchased it in January of this year! My first phone crashed. The second phone has not given me any problems. I love this phone because of its capabilities. It takes the most clearest picture I have seen yet with a camera phone. I don't do the music thing, I only use it to take pictures, make and receive phone calls, and make and receive text. If you are thinking about getting this phone, I would say give it a try. I really don't know what happened to my first phone, but the one I have now, I have no complaints....

this is the 2nd Sony Walkman phone I've had and I absolutely LOVE it. There are more features on it than my previous Sony phone, like a Fitness counter that tracks how many miles I've run, or how many steps I've taken in a day, how many calories I've burned, etc.
It also has 5 different alarm settings, which is good because who likes to get up at the same time EVERY day, especially on the weekends!
The only thing I do miss from my old Sony is the fact that it doesn't have a flashlight to help me see in the dark, or the flash to take pix in low-light situations.
Other than that, if Sony made some sort of Blackberry-type phone, I'd definitely get it, or if they made the James Bond "Casino Royale" phone available in the US, I'd definitely get that one. I loved that phone, but am not willing to pay so much for an unlocked version to have here in the States.
the last thing I don't like about this phone is that when you have it locked and you bump the keys on the outside anyway, you run......

This phone is great for listening to music and is a very slim and light phone, easy to use. The design is a classig metal and has all the features that's wanted in today's fastpaced world. It is a good brand phone from Sony Ericsson, quality made and can handle being dropped to the ground a few times. I used it as a work phone for several months and it was awesome....

I read what others have written in their reviews and all I can say is they don't have the same piece of junk that was sold to me. Yes the features, such as 2 mega pixel camera, fm radio etc are great and the main reason I bought the phone, but everytime I try and use the phone it will go to the internet or the mp3 player right in the middle of dialing or texting. You then have to start over. It takes 2 or 3 tries everytime I try to text, to complete the text. This phone may work if you have tiny fingers, or if your buying a phone and not planning on calling or texting anyone and just using it for a camera/mp3 player, but for the average person it is a piece of junk.
