The Spalding NBA tact soft basketball is just amazing. I played outside with it and it was just fine. It is the best ball I have ever dribbled. The ball is very durable and strong. I would definitely recommend this basketball to anyone who plays basketball.

I recently bought this Spalding Tack Soft basketball, and played with it (outdoor), it was the second greatest ball I ever handled/dribbled, next to the NBA Official Cross Traxxion Composite Indoor Basketball (which costs $100+tax). With only 1/4 of the cost of the Traxxion Composite Indoor ball, this ball provides an excellent on the handling control on your dribbling and perfect handle on your touch while shooting the ball. It not only improved my shots but most importantly, it helps me concentrate on other aspects of the game (so I don't need to worry about my dribbling while in the game). This ball is very durable. Other Spalding balls I used to play, they either break (on the surface skin) or peel off the skin, after awhile. Compare to others, this ball is built strong and durable. I would recommend other ballplayers to get this ball for both indoor or outdoor games....
