I would stay away from this bank. Quality seems very low. I tried to report a problem on their website and it took me about 10 tries before the contact us form worked.

When it did finally work, I realized you can't use any word with an apostrophe in it! So I'm, Can't, and Won't all break the page and you are unable to submit it until you remove all of these words. If the website developers are so lazy they can't deal with contractions I have little hope for the rest of their site.

State Farm is cancelling many thousands of homeowner policies even though people like me have been with State Farm for thirty years. Yet they still want to sell auto insurance in this state. I cancelled them before they cancelled me. I also cancelled my car insurance and umbrella policy.

I have been with State Farm since the late 80's and they have been great.They call me when they think I should change things on my policy.The more you have with them the more you save.They also have a good life policy to you can get and with your kids you can get very good rates.Get then in as early as you can so they can pay for their own collage with their insurance savings plan.State Farm stands behind their people when accidents happen around the house just call they will have someone out that same day.

My dad had State Farm when I was growing up. When I was old enough to drive he added me to the policy. When I married my husband had another company insurance. That was one of the first things that we changed. Divorced and now remarried-State Farm. Three grown children - all with State Farm. I don't even think about changing. I have been a fairly safe driver with only three wrecks in my 31 year driving record and only two speeding tickets, but as they say...like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. By the way...home and life insurance with State Farm too!

State farm is always there for me without a hassle. When I am in a wreck, I like being able to just make a quick call to my State Farm agent and know they will take care of everything and get me a rental ready. When we have a home claim, I like being able to call my agent and know they will send somebody out and they will get the police report and take care of the details for me. I have been with them for years and will unlikely change.

I was searching for renter's insurance and went comparison shopping. By far, State Farm had the best prices compared to geico, allstate and a few others I checked out. If you need insurance, I reccomend going to each insurance company's website to get a free price quote. It really helps if you are on a budget!

I have been dealing with State Farm insurance for over 20 years. I have had all forms and have never run into an issue with them as far as denying a claim or underpaying a claim.

I would recommend them as a good company to deal with and one that seems solvent.

I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and I am very satisfied with their level of service, the coverage, and their premium rates. Over the years, I have matured and my needs have changed, and State Farm has been there to cover me through it all. When I was a homeowner, when I was a 'young and inexperienced' driver, when I became a parent and purchased life insurance. I have had the same representative for over 20 years, and I feel like he is a partner more than an insurance agent. In these days of call centers and overseas customer service departments, it's great to know that when I need help, I can call the same person who has known me for years.

When I moved out of my parent's house my car insurance rate went up a lot more than I expected. I called to see if I can negotiate a lower rate and they wouldn't budge...so they lost me as a 10yr+ customer. Don't know if it's like that company wide or if it was just my particular agent. The actual service while I had it was decent though; I was just simply turned off with the curt responses of my agent when I told him the new insurance rate was really above my budget. Why would they want to lose a customer and have that customer share a negative opinion? Keeping customers happy should be a number one priority and if you aren't willing to budge at all, I'm more than willing to shop around....

I have been a customer of theirs for a long time. I had to temporarily suspend my coverage due to a problem with my family, but I do intend to reinstate my policy as soon as I get the funds.

We recently changed our car insurance from one company who enjoys the spa life to State Farm. We saved so much money that now I can go to the spa. The agent was great and was so quick to get us signed up. We didn't have to wait forever for the paperwork.

To my old company, it's a shame when you charge so much to us consumers and enjoy the high life on our dollar. Then have the nerve to ask the Government to bail you out.

I was at a point in my life where I thought I was losing everything I had worked years for - and had no clue what to do about it. The anxiety was producing physical problems on top of the emotional upheaval. It was suggested that I go to State Farm and talk to them since they had their own bank and the advice was free. I had my car and home insurance with them and liked the people there so I made an appointment and went in to see if they could help me. These people treated me with respect and compassion - they were able to not only show me that things were not as bad as I thought but helped me understand the process. They made recommendations but were not pushy - they gave me the tools to make intelligent decisions and have kept in touch since that day. I feel completely at ease to call and ask "dumb" questions and express my concerns over issues without the feeling that I am imposing on their time. I have the utmost respect for this agency....

State Farm rewards VISA gives 1% of purchases back to me as a customer. I've always applied the reward check toward my premium but it can also be applied to a State Farm bank account. The only draw back is the rewards check is made out to State Farm....
