Do they not proof the product before they send it? I returned the original purchase and got a new one that worked just fine.</p>... The Polar Express is a train bound for the North Pole and it pulls up to houses where no tracks exist to pick up kids beginning to not believe. The trains car is half full of children all in their p.j.'s travelling together.</p> <p>The interaction of these kids and the seasoned, Tom Hanks look alike conductor, is full of adventure and excitement.
