V8 vegetable juice is a healthy fir into any part of your day either breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is pretty filling so it doesnt leave you craving for more food. It serves just the gap that you would have otherwise wanted to fill with food. Totally recommend it.

I don't run to the store and grab unhealthy energy drinks to get awake in the morning, I just drink a V8. It taste great and it is great for me, plus it helps me get awake to start my day. It is packed with vitamins and V8 makes it easy to get them.

After a couple cups of coffee in the morning to wake me up and take out the toothpicks holding my eyelids open, I pop open a can of refreshing, good tasting, energizing V8 vegetable juice. For those that do not eat breakfast like me (which you should really do to start your day right) that V8 juice is a way to start your day and pop those baby blues (at least mine are) wide open and get you ready for whatever. 82% of your daily vitamin C and 25 % of your vitamin A is in one little energized can. All kidding aside, when I taught elementary school, I caught less colds from all those learning cookie snatchers than all the other teachers. I attributed that to my daily dose of veggie juice:)...
