Most of the stuff inside is fairly cheap in quality and does NOT come with batteries. I bought the kit for a long trip I am planning and I guess for the price I paid if the jumper cables only work once it was worth the money. Did like the small tool kit ...handy for keeping the the car.

This is a great kit and loaded with useful products. I purchased one for myself and my daughter just to ensure we had safety products while traveling. My daughter already had to use the jumper cables and they worked great....
