I rate it a 4 and thats only because it doesn't also include preacher curl set up. I'm sure the weider can handle way more than 110, because I just purchased it slapped on the Olympic bar and started reping 185. All in all it's a great bench for the buck ....

I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought this home and put it together. It does seem a little flimsy and the weight restriction really limits it usage. It's going to have to be dismantled and returned. I guess you get what you pay for.

it can only hold 110 pds. for that price you can get something way better !...

Weider Pro 250 looks pretty but I do not recommend it. The weight bench cannot handle more than 110 lbs and it cannot support a 7' Olympic barbell. According to the User's Manual: Do not place more than 110 pounds (50 kg), including a barbell and weights, on the weight rests. Do not place more than 50 pounds (23 kg) on the leg lever (page 3). The manual also says, Do not use a barbell that is longer than six feet with the weight bench. The max for chest fly per arm is 30 lbs. Even if you are a beginner, the average male and many females will bench press more than 110 lbs in a few months. This is a sellout on the famous Weider name. Don't buy this product....

This is a word of warning. The Weider Pro 250 is very poorly designed. It's not as sturdy as I expected a Weider product to be. This is due to the fact that the main support rack that holds the weights up comes in 2 parts. Also it uses a pin set up to hold the barbell up. One of these pins came out as I was bench pressing. They also stick out too far so you have to make an effort not to hit them. I honestly want to return this asap. Beware....
