I'm glad I did. I don't exercise at all, so this is my 1st attempt at a new lifestyle. It's a good workout - at first I could only go about 5 minutes, but I'm up to almost 20 now. I feel great after working out, and have so much energy. It's easy to use, took my husband almost no time to assemble by himself, and fits snugly against the wall. I've recommended it to people at work. I like the digital readout and the fact that I can do it in the mornings before my daughter wakes up. Just turn on your i pod and go!... It is easy to assemble,with very easy directions if you take your time. It is very smooth and works very well.The 12 inch stroke may be too short for taller people ( I am 5' 6 ") but works fine for me. I am 65 and use the 610 every day and lift weights and use a pilate board every other day.... It's great. I love it. I tried different brand/kind of elliptical machine but this is the only one that i like. One thing that i'd like about it is that it has a smooth glide when using it.
