The pull out shelves are feeble, wobbly and shaky.  Every drawer has taken turns coming off the little track and each of them seem to get stuck constantly and doesn't slide smoothly.   My 2 year old shut the door on an open drawer and it instantly cracked and broke.  Fortunately it was still under warranty and they replaced it for free, but after warranty runs out, new drawers are $90!  I do really like the shelves in the door as they are adjustable and hold alot of items and one has a neat tilt out feature.  It does keep things cold though and so far has been reliable.  Overall, this refrigerator looks great, but the parts are to cheap for the amount of money paid for it.</p>... We really enjoy the fresh fruit snack bin in the door that makes grabbing a wholesome snack of grapes, strawberries, etc quick and easy. It also has a chilling shelf in the door that keeps the milk really cold and prevents premature spoilage. We love the water dispenser with its ability to count the number of ounces being dispensed...very helpful when keeping up with your daily water consumption for health purposes.This refrigerator is great with one exception...the ice dispenser. If you push the small button on the panel to dispense your ice, the button gets stuck on one side and after ice is overflowing onto the floor you are frantically trying to get the button to release and stop spewing ice everywhere. The service department sent someone out and it did it for them. Their answer to the problem was "when that happens just push in more on the...</p>...
