i love the iLive - Boom Box w/ iPod Dock aside from the benefits that i'm getting from its features it is verry trendy in color because i love color pink. and because of this ipod i became more famous in my place.

This product is great! It is actually the second one in our house hold. My youngest daughter (who has a nano) received a blue one for Christmas and loves it. Her older sister kept borrowing it to use with her full size I pod, so I purchased this pink one for a gift for her. It is small enough to take with you and has a loud enough sound to enjoy at any volume. This item is enjoyed by a 9yr.old & an 18 yr. old. I believe they covered all bases to attract a wide range of age. I, myself, would like one if only I owned an I pod....

I just got this and I love it. I have a 4th generation iPod and this system DOES charge my iPod....so a previous review that I read saying it didn't charge must have had some type of problem with the one they bought. I love it and it works great!...

I bought this for my daughter - she has a 4th generation iPod nano and it is not compatable with this product even though the package said it was compatable with all iPods. We could get it to play the music off the iPod, but it would not charge it and that I why I got it, so she wouldn't have to use the compuer to charge her iPod everytime. I would not recommend this to anyone with anewer version iPod. I now have to take it back and find something else. I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time and money with this product had it specified that it did not work with the new iPods....

Thats why we have iPod boomboxes. Omitting the FM tuner is the wise thing to do because it cuts the price of the product. Besides there some music we can get from the Internet leagally for free that you can't hear on radio. Plus radio stopped playing my favorite songs and stopped playing songs with the style I look for. Thats why MP3 players and shuffle mode have been invented, and why there is no longer any reason to listen to radio. Besides, the cost of MP3 players will break even with Satellite radio over time; thats why MP3 players are the best way to listen to music!...
