Because we live in a rural area I use the internet to check products and availability at local stores-thirty five miles away. Kmart has a great site and also great prices on their stuff. Recently, the 47" LCD TV was on sale and was one of the best prices we found including any site on the internet. I have shopped at Kmart for forty years now and I can find things there that I can't find at other local stores. I love our Kmart store and now I really like the online store too.

I have to let you know that Jeannine Garm at your store #4257 was really such a god sent I was so ill the other evening when i went shopping and was so helpfull and patient. its nice when someone does things in such a loving way and works hard at making things right for you.

The pharmacy is always willing to help. They are all very friendly. In general i enjoy shopping at Kmart. Most cashiers are very friendly also.

Kmart. com is AWFUL. STAY AWAY!!!! I ordered a spy net watch for my son for Christmas--a $60 toy. When the package came, it had a $10 Nerf gun in it. I called immediately, was told UPS would be sent out to pick it up and after they got the toy back my credit card would be credited. They would not send the correct toy unless I allowed them to charge my credit card again for $60. Long story short, the email to tell me when UPS would come never came, UPS never came, and over the last two weeks I have called half a dozen times trying to sort this out. Every time I call it's like I am reporting the problem for the first time. The last time I called the representative promised to email me a label so I could take the package to UPS myself without being charged the mailing fee, but while the survey to rate the rep came, no label ever came. Meanwhile, my credit card was stolen and I had to cancel it so Kmart said they can't give me my money back, only a gift card for their...

I love going into Kmart and finding great sales. Last trip I was able to get me a few shirts for under $5 each and a pair of pants for $12! Nothing better then walking away happy about how much I save.

I consider myself and extremely patient person but after trying to redeem my rewards (about $9 or $10) 4 consecutive times in a row, I have had it. I decided to be proactive and find out the reason for the "computer malfunction". Every time, the cashier would say "Oh, there may be a small glitch in the system but you can redeem them next time!" This "glitch" should have been fixed by now (2 months later). I went online and decided to register my card to see the details of my rewards. To my utter shock, my name, phone number and zip code are not recognized!!!! How is this possible when I filled out the mandatory form for the card in the first place? Did I competely waste my time? Now I have to take time out of my day to find out who is at fault for screwing up my information. Was it Kmart Store? Was it Kmart Rewards? Bottom line is Kmart dropped the ball and now I have my money in limbo because of incompetence. I am a regular customer, sometimes going to Kmart 4-5x a month. I have called...

I ordered (and paid for) a 42 inch TV on 12/20/10 that had a guaranteed arrival date of 12/24/10, on 12/21/10 I even received an email that it shipped. I had even paid a bit more as I saw similiar TV's at ******* and *******.com but they couldn't deliver until after Christmas. I was excited to have in time for Christmas as it was the main present for my two children. On 12/24 at 5pm, I still hadn't received the delivery. I logged onto the UPS website which still showed "billing info received" as it had on 12/21/10. I then called UPS who informed me that they did not have the item and I needed to call Kmart. I called customer service and was told that they had no idea what happened and the TV was probably still in the warehouse. I then asked to cancel the order so I could run out and buy a TV to have in time for the next morning. I was told that I was not able to cancel the order and I could expect the deliver in 6 business days? Not acceptable in my opinion so I asked to speak to a supervisor....

I've been trying for a week to get an order placed at kmart.com. The site stated that it was available for same day pickup. I've e-mailed kmart.com customer service 5 times and called the store twice, but no one can give me an answer as to where the order is or when I can pick it up. I hope that this site can get their ducks in a row as they have some good values, but the service is just dreadful.

Kmart rewards program is a rip off and I question its legality. I "earned" $4.97 in rewards over the course of $100s of dollars in purchases. I finally redeem with $4.97. Since then, I returned maybe 6 or 7 items (probably $70 out of $800 plus.) Kmart has decided to deduct "rewards" amount from the items I returned, not giving me my full purchase price. OK, I get that I redeemed the $4.97. BUT, they have now deducted more than I had redeemed! Cannot be legal!

PLUS, where is the 1% I should have anyway for the other $700 plus in purchases?! I will be filing a formal complaint with the state and the BBB.

5 stars for Vince from store 4163 thank you for your help. My recent trip to kmart was very pleasant. I really have stop shopping with kmart over the last 8yrs because of constant overcharging for items when rung up (forcing me to return to the store for an adjustment) or poor customer satisfaction (meaning I couldn't get help when needed)... But yesterday I was helped by a salesperson by the name of Vince at store# 4163 who works in the Garden Section.. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with any problems I had. A very nice young man. That's the kind of service I expect from when I shop.

I was in store #9204 on 03/29/10 to look at swing-sets. I planned on laying one away because all of the sets were on sale. K-Mart did not have the one I wanted in stock. The Associate, Nathan Halse took my information, the descriptive information for the swing set and gave me a rain check. I was just about out of the store and I heard my name over the intercom. Nathan found a swing that someone chose to return to stock. I did not have to wait for the "rain check" swing set, got it set up as a lay-away and went on my way. Nathan read up on the swing set and was able to tell me about the advantages/disadvantages of the set and about how long it would take to put it together. One of the biggest reasons I shop at K-Mart is because of the ability to lay-away items. Another BIG reason I will continue to shop at K-Mart is because of friendly, knowledgable, helpful Associates like Nathan. I'm a shopper........just not a rich one!
