THIS WAS THE SECOND TOM TOM UNIT I OWNED, NEVER AGAIN. FIRST UNIT BROKE ON PRIOR VACATION, THOUGHT I WOULD PURCHASE ANOTHER UNIT AND RECEIVE SUPPORT. EMAILED 3 TIMES TO TOM TOM, NO REPLY. NOW ON SECOND VACATION, SECOND UNIT LOCKED UP IN MIDDLE OF TRIP. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TOM TOM UNIT AGAIN....

This product is a wonderful product. I travel to several places by myself for conventions and seminars for my career I regularly get lost most every place I go. Since my husband bought me the TOMTOM ONE, it has been very helpful without any worries. GPS systems $ 200-$1000, Gas $3.80 per gallon..... Not being loss..... PRICELESS...

i bought a tomtom for myself and for my sister, she used to gets lost every time she got on the road. not any more, and neither do I. I love it and would recommend it to anybody..it is easy to use, and specially love the voice telling you, in time, where to turn, you do not rely on anybody but that little voice box... it's awesome.....

I think this thing is cool, a little quirky but cool and very helpful. Only problem I had was trying to navigate to my bathroom. It did not understand my instruction. Nah Just kidding. Seriously tomtom one is a great tool to have....

The TomTom One is an excellent choice. The features and options are plenty and it's very easy to use. It got us to the Kansas City airport at least 10 minutes quicker than my friend's Garmin--who was leading us all over the place. TomTom seems to be where quality and function meet!!...

It's my first GPS.I drive truck and don't always drive a set route.When I don't have a map,I rely on my tom tom.For the most part,it's helpful,but you must use good judgement cause it will get you in truoble if you let it,but that's probably all gps's.If you were driving a car,it wouldn't be as bad...

Unit is easy to program. A lot of features. It does not have text to street voice. Specific street address in not accurate. Off something by over quarter of a mile. Others by 100 yards. Would not recommend. It is accurate on roads and where to turn, but your destination when you arrive is off....
