When this happened, water would also leak from the pressure relief valve all over the floor. This persisted for the next several months. So several cold showers later, I called the service center and they of course wanted to charge me for the visit, labor, and parts on an appliance that I just paid for!</p>&#13; <p>When I started doing a little investigation, I realized that there were <strong>many others</strong> that have had the <strong>SAME PROBLEM</strong> with this product that we have that I couldn't even read ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS! And that was just on the SEARS website alone! I officially have talked to over 10 persons from dept. to dept. (water heater service line, National Customer Service Center, Kenmore division, One-Source, and a few more I am unsure who they were) re: this issue, including one manager named Josh that offered NO HELP or referral at all and eventually hung up on me!
