It was on sale for the same price of the 42" and I also bought the 2 bagger system and the mulching blades. The mulching blades were the best purchase because the bagger is not a very high quality in my opinion. After having a 20 year old powercraft with metal rimmed bags, this bagger (all plastic) is not going to last.  Mower has a tight turning radius and has plenty of power to pull my aereator.  Has a few rattles because the hood has no latches but so far the mower has been great! The only con is reverse mowing where you have to turn the key to backup. A "safety" feature that I'm sure all the new mowers have. Probably a government requirement.
