I shop the LandsEnd NQP store as much as I possibly can. It is not close to my home or convinent in any other way but I make the time to go to the NQP store. I have been able to score some great bargains. I found all my daughters uniform pants there for as low as $5 each. That saved me at least $200 if I brought them from the uniform store. The quality is the same as the Inlet. They labeled what is "wrong" with the item and most times it is discontinued or just overstock. You can't go wrong with high quality and better than discount store prices....

I love Lands End. I have never had anything but great customer service. I exclusively shop there for winter coats( it gets cold in Minnesota) and winter boots. I also exclusively shop here for backpacks. I received 3 free backpacks this year and I still purchased my Kindergartners backpack from LandsEnd. I know from pervious experience that her backpack will last. I went through 4 backpacks from a discount store with my 5th grader until I found LandsEnd backpacks. My 5th grader has had the same backpack for the last 4 years and it still looks great.

LandEnd has high quality clothes and if you are a bargain shopper who likes quality you cannot go wrong with LandsEnd. They have great sale and clearance prices.

I LOVE that Kmart has started to double coupons. I have told many friends and family about it and we have been sharing our stories with each other.

My biggest problem with Kmart is the lack of registers open. There are usually only 2 lanes open at once and it takes a long time for them to open another. There needs to be two people at the customer service desk so one person is able to "float" to where they are needed most.

I personally have had mostly postive experiences but I have had many cashiers who are NOT friendly. They are so rude that it makes me consider if I want to continue shopping at Kmart. I tend to NOT shop if I see those same cashiers working.
