Bought it online with pickup in store, and it literally took me 5 minutes from time I parked til I drove home with the mower. The online purchasing experience was fantastic. The mower is awesome too.  My only gripe is the bagging system--and this is just like all the other rear baggers. Too small, and just awkward to attach, etc. But the mower starts right up with barely a full pull, it cuts awesome, and it's very powerful. It almost dragged me down the driveway the first time I squeezed the handle the whole way! But it has variable speed, so you just have to squeeze it gently.  All in all, an excellent mower and I am very happy with it.</p>...
