sears water heater —

We recently purchased a water heater and when the installer came, he could not install it because of a venting issue. Sears does not manufacture or sell the item we need. We worked with Afroz in the Fishers store. She was more than accommodating and processed the return without a problem. We would gladly work with her and this store in the future.
