the image you click on from the link provided still leads to the first link you posted and still dosent work. seems like far to much work for a lousy 4 bucks

Hmm. I'm sorry that's happening. I'll find out why this is happening and fix it. Thanks again for the "heads up"! Maybe the $4 you save can buy you a gallon of gas which is still so expensive.

Wow.... the levels of stupidity within this company is just astounding.... A dead link on a major retail corporation's website.... Ive never seen dead links on Target's or Macy's website.... Never even seen one on Wal-Mart's site either.....

Both links work for me! We will keep working to fix it! It has been on the Kmart site since it has been active. We brought it onto our community in case anyone may be interested.

you are trying the link from a computer outside the sears/kmart network right? that was the problem the OP had. um you do have people test these things on a computer out side the net work before they go live to the public to make sure they work right?

Hi Courtney,

 It should be a pretty easy fix.  The issue seems to be that the link that we are routed to when clicking the banner is:

http://kmartstage.intra.searshc.com//ue/banner/BTS_Coupon%208.5x11_v14a.pdf

I'm assuming that the "intra" in the link refers to Kmart's intranet which is only accessible to those with access to the company intranet and inaccessible to anyone who don't have access to it.  Which is why it would work for you and not us.

To remedy the problem, the banner should refer to:

http://kmart.com/ue/banner/BTS_Coupon%208.5x11_v14a.pdf

so those who are outside Kmart's intranet and are on the internet may access the coupon.

Sorry, I still couldn't get to the coupon using any of the links listed. Besides, it's not really a great offer when you really think about it. I have to spend $40 to get a 10% (or less if I spend more than $40) discount. Between the problems with the link and the actual savings, most people will spend their $$$ elsewhere. This may be just a bad coincidence, but to me it's a classic example of Kmart bumbling and helping their competitors. Who's in charge anyway?
