Customer came into our Kmart, today, looking to buy the Haier 3.6 cu. ft. freezer for $139.99 in black.  He said a gentleman at Sears told him to come to our store that we had one in stock.  We don't sell appliances at our store.  The customer speaks fair English, a nice Russian gentleman--that enjoys fishing.  So, with a Sears right across the street, I call to see if they have one and the clerk says he doesn't have one that small and didn't offer to order one for the gentleman.  The question is can our customers order what they see on the website and have it delivered to their Sears store?  I was willing to help him place the order on-line with a credit card; however, he did not have email or a computer and the website said it was required to place the order and then he said he would really prefer to just pay cash.  Blue Crew, what is the best way for me to help customers such as this?

In order to place an order online, he would need to have an email address, I am pretty sure.

I think there are other associates who can help, out there, with the other details of your questions!

Thanks for coming to the site and asking these questions!  Love to see that kind of dedication!

purchase a sears gift card use for payment. most folks have friend or other family member with an email address and then "print out" hard copy confirmation of the "store to web" order number and give to customer before they leave the store and a phone number to call that customer can check on the order
