Hi.  I'm an old fart who farms just under 2,000 acres in Michigan, collects old tractors, and has no idea why I joined this forum.  I'm sure no one here has any of the same interests that I do, so I don't expect any replies to this post.   Ron

Well darn if you don't have at least one!!  I am not into farming, but live in the farming state of Kansas, and have great friends that live in Grand Blanc, Michigan.  This is a great site with lots of stuff to read and join in.  So welcome and have fun:)

Hi plumcrazy670 and welcome!

I live in NJ and I can appreciate a good farmer. It takes alot of skill, determination, and sheer luck to make it as a farmer. I applaud you for your efforts to make sure that we have good food to eat. What do you grow?

We have a lot of members that are into a little of everything. View the posts in the lawn and garden departments and you may finnd some friends or manage to be of great help. Your knowledge of soil has to be invaluable to some of these members with you having 2000 acres and all.

Hope you stick around

Trust me...you'll definitely find people here with similar interests. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the tractors you own. If you get a chance, you should definitely review them! Welcome to MySears!

I see a Deere!

That there's a little bit BIGGER than my Craftsman Lawn Tractor...

It looks similar to the 1949 Model B tractor on my John Deere clock (3 o'clock position).

Welcome to the board!

Its a shame that the worlds become so consumer driven, that a person with a life like you feels alienated in a group of people. I love america, but we can do better and adjust our priorities
