With the new launch of the MySears website I finally got around to creating an account on here.  I am the sales supervisor at the Woodbridge, Virginia Sears Home Appliance Showroom.  I am also a Kenmore Elite client with my eyes on the new double drawer Majesty 28 cu ft refrigerator.  Looking forward to sharing my insight and expertise with fellow customers and associates alike!

I am also a Blue Crew team member. Recently moved to VA from NY and have been selling appliances in an appliance department inside of a Kmart (wish I knew a better way to say that) since it opened in my NY store. Love the job, glad to be in VA, and glad they created this community. Talk to you soon!!!

I,m sure you'll do fine. Just remeber to start every post with "I'm sorry to hear......"

Oh, and develope some pattened advice that you can always give for each category.

Like for lawn and garden:

No matter what the complaint or inquiry always remember to add something like "You should check your tire preasure often" or "check out the three bin grass catchers- they're on sale" especially when the complaint is that the mower just blew up and landed on the neighbor's roof.

I could go on, but hey, just read the boards, you'll get the drift.

I am in NC or what I call the Carolinas. There is some beautiful country throughout area. I rememeber selling white goods or majors, department 19, in Kmart back in 1977.  We were paid a 10% commission back then .. Not sure of how it is now? We did some sales and made some money off the items. Back then there were not extended warranties and the biggest things we had to do was to figure out who in the store had a truck to delivery the items, set it up , and sometimes haul away the old appliances. I saw some mighty pretty old pieces of white goods from the 50 and 60s go to the dump back them as well as full size floor model of console TVs that were good as new and folks just wanted something of a new design.

To be fair, your mower blowing up was caused by too much tire pressure. :)

I made my name before I knew that many of the associates were doing the Blue CrewXXXXXX thing. Lol. There should be a way to edit our display name. But, I am a BlueCrewGal.

Does Mikey really "rock?" Or, is Mikey merely "pretty darn good?" :)
