Hi Crazypetlady and welcome to the community! Love the screen name. I also love animals and have a long hair chihuahua. He is very adorable but a little terror. What pets do you own?

I am owned by 3 parrots.  If you are familiar with parrots you will know what I mean.  I also have 7 cats (all strays or rescues) and 2 dogs (Siberian Huskies).  I also have 3 fish tanks and a koi pond.  So when I say crazy pet lady I'm not kidding.

I don't know of any birds that are quiet.  I have 3 parrots which are very loud.

I look forward to the day I don't have any animals. It's not that I don't love animals but they control my life, mostly my sleep.  I have two dogs and two cats and my house reflects that.  Two of the animals are old and I will not be replacing them.  I can't put up a tree because the cats pee on the presents, my living room is blocked off so the older dog doesnt mess on the new carpeting which I had to replace because of a peeing contest.  None of these animals are mine: kids in college and boyfriends animals so I am trying to have patience and live around them but I will run out one day.

I love pets!! I will have to agree though, they are a big responsibility and can take a lot of work. My dog certainly can get a little messy sometimes!

I love pets too! When I was growing up, I had a Bichon Frise named Frosty. He was really cute.

BLUEDAISY, Iam sorry you are having so much trouble with your pets.  Have you had them checked by a vet for bladder problems or other illness, and are they spayed/neutered.  Both health issues and not being spayed or neutered can lead to peeing or pooping in inappropriate places.

Welcome to the site.

We've got two dogs, a duck, a turtle and a skunk (under the house).

:)
