think of it as an extension off the verbatium part of your survey you can post comments on any visit to a SHC owned store and ever review the items you bought

You get out of it the ability to help the retailer (Sears/Kmart) hear your voice and hopefully be able to help them design a better product and/or retail environment for you to shop in.

For instance, I'm a big Kmart fan (and Sears too!) so enjoy being able to interact with others to hopefully make a better Kmart in the future.

Welcome to MySears & MyKmart communities!  (hint, you can go on to either site with the same login name and password) The point of the websites are to post reviews,  post ideas on how to improve either store on the ideas page, chat with others Sears/Kmart shoppers about the stores, products etc as well as none store related topics such as books, beauty, food...

The MySears site is also a great way to get some of the news on new features and products coming out of Sears or KMart.
