LockedRemodeled Kmart

I shop at the Kmart in Costa Mesa, CA, which has been recently remodeled.

In my opinion the shopping experience has steadily improved over the last couple years.

The store is much brighter and more organized and the workers have always been helpful and polite.

The biggest improvement is probably reduced wait times to check out.

The store has also added an applicance section.

One suggestion is that I often see customers waiting for assitance in the appliance section.
An employee call button in that section could possibly improve appliance sales.

I don't have a picture, but the outside of the store has been repainted and looks good.

The store is always clean, and bright.  I have been to Kmarts recently in Michigan and Southern Ca, and all the stores have been clean.

The Costa Mesa store has self price checkers.

You can get a peak into what they're doing with their remodeled stores here:

They also list the locations. It looks like they're on the right track, but the pace they're moving with the remodels is slow.

Thank you for supplying this website.  I checked it out and the new Kmarts look awesome inside.  The outside didn't trip my trigger or anything, but it looked crisp and clean.  I loved the internet cafe.  I was saddened to see no stores in SC have been remodeled.  Would love to know if they have a website with coming stores to remodel?  or a place for suggested stores to remodel?  I know either of the 2 I shop at absolutely need remodeling.  I will continue to shop whether they do or don't, but would help business.
