LockedSpin off Kmart

Kmart and sear are a poor combination...spin it off or sell it to a place like Bay harbour management that'll streamline it properly or sell sears and operate Kmart...Mr. Lampert this combo is lacking.

I agree that the half-a$$ed combo isn't working. These entities should either completely combine into one retailer (maybe under an entirely new name), or go their seperate ways and resume competing against each other.

where  do they double up to $2? ive only seen up to 99 cents being doubled which costs the retailer the amount doubled since they only get reimbursed for the face value

In Pa. they only double up to $.99, and only in grocery stores.  If I use a coupon anywhere else - including Walmart, it is not doubled.

I work for Sears.

Is that double the commission or half of it?
