We have launched MySears and have LOTs of updates! Be sure to check them out! Our biggest update is our name! Do you think it fits?

So far, so good.  The site appears a little less cluttered which is a good thing -- but it may be just that things are more streamlined.

My only advice is remember to speak with a common voice.  Things to ask yourself include, "If I was a Kmart customer would I feel welcome here?" and "Can I talk about my Kmart experience here or is this just for Sears feedback only?"

Good advice, rstinnett. You're right that the inteface is more streamlined but we also wanted to make the community have a similar look as the newly designed sears.com and kmart.com. Would love your feedback on those sites too!

MySears is pretty much awesome.  Much cleaner interface and looks much more like Sears.com.

Making it more for Sears customers is a good move, as this will streamline the responses you must go through to get good feedback on Sears Holdings, lessening the time for the cream of the crop to be discovered and implemented.

Glad people like it. We will be adding more features every couple of weeks. We will also be looking to highlight more deals and opportunities for members to get recognized for their contributions
