So far, so good. The site appears a little less cluttered which is a good thing -- but it may be just that things are more streamlined.
My only advice is remember to speak with a common voice. Things to ask yourself include, "If I was a Kmart customer would I feel welcome here?" and "Can I talk about my Kmart experience here or is this just for Sears feedback only?"
