Right now I do it all except for post ratings.  Have you seen my profile lately?  I've been busy since coming here Aug. 18th ;+)

I started off reading reviews.  Then I commented on Jolie's Mamma Mia review and that made me want to write my own.  I write reviews.  I try to read all of my friends reviews and even if I know I won' or don't like the product I do a "courtesy" read for them and I vote on all reviews but not ratings.  When I vote I try to leave a comment or blurb so they will know that I read their review. I also respond back to friends when they leave me comments.

I have even read several reviews and then zipped over to Amazon.com to purchase the item ;+)

Jo encouraged me to come to the discussion boards because I was writing so much so with a little bit of reluctance I ventured over.  Somehow I got hooked on all the board games that Reviewer11 was creating and that has kept me coming back.

I try to post about 2 blogs a week and I try to put photos up every once in awhile.

And I am always sending my friends comments, usually words to encourage or inspire and sometimes just to make them bust a gut or say, "I can't believe she just said that!"

I don't have a Facebook, MySpace, or any other social networking account so this site affectionately known as "Viewpoints" has become my favorite place to hang out.  It's a learning, growing and laughing experience.

Michelena, I hope you have a great day and a wonderful weekend ;+)  Gigi

After all the above was said.  Why don't you try to figure out a way to start a Viewpoints Anonymous club with a 12-Step program?  I think I am addicted to this place ;+)  Just see how much activity is going on and late at night when we make our way to the virtual slumber party (Anyone staying up late...) and the boardgames; I'm online for 6-8 hours straight and still hanging out with friends; especially R11 when the sun comes up.  This beats vegging out in front of the TV but I am neglecting my reading more now.  I used to read 2 or 3 books a week, now it is taking me 2-3 weeks to read a book :+)  Ummm...whatever shall I do?

I like to see what people are saying about the Kmart/Sears stores near me, plus just follow along in the forums.  The reviews are nice, but its hard to match products exactly with the review system.  For me, I want to focus on the companies more than the merchandise because the products for the most part seem to be top-notch (Kenmore, Craftsman), it's the stores that need working on.

I think you may have found some of the ones I'm on because I saw the new name and thought that was pretty creative.  I am headed over to them too.  Go to the Discussion boards and look up any of the following names and you can find a lot of activity going on.

  1. Mind game
  2. poster above me
  3. chasing game
  4. would you rather
  5. book game
  6. favorites (game)
  7. mini-version of Family Feud
  8. virtual slumber party is at Anyone staying up late...

Well, I believe I just gave you the links to the ones that I participate in a lot.  I started the Family Feud one and I think you may have already found that one.

Glad to have you at Viewpoints and I hope to see you at the boards.  ~Gigi
