Lockedhow do you unwind?....

as soon as i get home from work, i freshen up a bit...quietly change into my pjs...gently slouch onto my lazyboy...turn the tv on along with my ipod...browse a li'l bit..then enjoy a warm cup of coffee, a box of ritz crackers and a plateful of chicken salad.... oh yeah and i say ooowow...this is what i call living !...what about you...how do you do it ?

I go to MySears and POST!

And, there's the restoration of my tools...

And, and the Sharpening of the many tools.

When we have 4 hours "to kill", we drive up to a little cabin in the woods and I proceed to hack and kill about 1-1/2 acres of black-berry overgrown property.

Last year, one of the California wild fires almost did the "clearing" for me.

But, we lucked out and the place was spared.

I'm working at getting a little collection of Blacksmith tools together for me to make some old time Lawn & Garden clearing tools.

I also wind-up spare spools of blue and green weed wacker line.

And, I unwind large spools of the red high-wheel trimmer line to cut individual segments of line for "clearing" efforts.

I like to do a number of things to unwind.  Like take a bath, snuggle in bed with my cat and watch a little TV or read.  I also like to hike at my local nature center and geocache.

I like to go to MySears also.  Sometimes, I'll go outside and pick up leaves with my new tractor.

I have to say, sitting on the couch, doing the crossword from the paper, with the TV on in the background makes me happy after a long day.  I really appreciate that time, when I have it!

Forgot to mention..We bought a Wii for the Grandchildren when they visit/stay with us.  I exercise every morning using the Sports Fitness game.

I either sit with hubby and dog on the couch and watch my dvr'd shows or plop myself down in front of the computer and play some games or work on editing photos I took.

nothing like singing karaoke on a weekend while bonding with the kids playing guitar hero....cheap thrill, but it's real fun !!

I like to knit, or grab my grandbaby and make videos with my new Flip Ultra from Sears. For a real good time we drive up to  Super K in Concord. The associates there are fun and someone is always winning KaChing!!! Then I come homw and blog on KMart.com
