Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and if you are not the cook then your only duty on this holiday is to eat...A LOT. Do you tend to workout more the week before Thanksgiving to prepare for your big meal? Or simply pig out and try to lose the extra pounds after the holidays are over?
I would say, I do the latter. I also find it hard to find time to work out during the holiday season, and usually just up my exercise time a bunch come January!
